From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted by a smiling face! She actually took my coat and escorted me to the waiting area and offered to make my espresso. They have a 15 drink coffee bar! My stylist came out to greet me, everyone that walks by you smiles. You are instantly comfortable. I am always intimidated by salons and all the "beautiful people" in them. She listened to me, did more than what I asked for and actually gave me a lesson on how to do it. That was a first! Then she offered me a discount card for next time for other services I had never had done in there. When I asked if I could just use it that day, she asked her manager to make sure. The manager actually came over to me and insured me that not only could I use it, I would be so happy with the results. She also told me she was happy I was getting a discount! Who is happy you are getting a discount!? That is real service. I will go there faithfully and recommend everone I know. It is few and far between that you are excited to refer someone to a business!! Good job Jathar, all around!
