All I hear about on the Radio is Safe Touch and some other company called Alarmforce. So I called both and this is what I found: Alarmforce sells you the system over the phone. They know nothing about your home and the equipment you may need. It’s one package … that’s it. When I asked if they can send a representative out for a consultation they declined. In all of their advertising they talk about how they have two-way technology at a fraction of the price that other companies charge. They also say that their two-way technology is different that any other company out there because "ALL OTHER COMPANIES" use a recorded voice. Ok, I may not be the smartest cat in the world, but I highly doubt that multi-million dollar companies like ADT, Guardian, and Safe Touch would assume this liability. Alarmforce also told me that through their two-way they will "voice-threaten" the criminal out of the home. So....what they're saying is that if someone broke into your home they are going to be able to get them to leave by voice threatening them? Yeah...right. I called the Safe Touch office and spoke to a receotionist named Becky. She told me that within ten minutes a consultant would call me. It wasn't more than five minutes when I received a call from Mike and he was willing to set up an appointment that was condusive with my schedule. Mike came out and gave me two or three different options. They installed the system two days later and Mike came back out to make sure that everything was beyond my expectations. Since then, I have recommended three friends to Safe Touch and when they signed up Safe Touch applied $50 credit to my account. I'm very satisfied and will continue to recommend them.
