Businiess name:  Cedars Restaurant On Brooklyn
Review by:  K G.
Review content:
Though I have yet to find an Indian-food restaurant that I really like in Seattle, I know enough to say that I will try my hardest to avoid visiting Cedars again. They use too much ghee and the dal didn't taste anything like it should. The curries are supposedly pre-prepared and I think they cook their meat separately and add it at the last minute -- which doesn't result in a good meal. As other reviewers have said, the wait staff makes you feel like you need to hurry and get out of the restaurant as quickly as possible...although I've also heard the rumors about the tips not making it to the servers so maybe they all are harboring pent up rage about their job. One positive could be their Naan and tandoori dishes, but otherwise I would recommend looking elsewhere.
