When I was in need of a small loan I had a small loan under $200 and when I had paid it off I saw no change in the loan balance. Well this was because they posted two loans and never showed that I had a balance double of what I had originally asked for. The only reason I found out about their mistake is when they sent me notices that I was past due on a loan I had never agreed to take out. Everyone at the Kruse Way branch just passed the buck and never took any action to rid me of their threats of sending me to collections. This is has taken over two months to sort out due to their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. OnPoint is just a wolf in sheep's clothing. IMO they are no different than any other greedy large bank who feel they never make any mistakes they just have mistaken customers. Right?
