Review content:
The name says it all: Hilltop Cafe is located on the top of a small hill near downtown Novato. It is a little expensive, but it is not a place one would come to everyday. It is for special occasions, and depending on where one is seated, one can see the entire city of Novato. Their dishes are well decorated, and they serve generous portions. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful, although the outside does not resemble the inside that much.
