I was very satisfied with the service. They were very thorough in explaining what was wrong with my vehicle, and I was confident that they knew what they were talking about. The owner took time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. Not once was I confused about what was going on, which can be a major problem at most shops. They are more knowledgeable than the staff at the Mazda shop, which in my opinion is a hard thing to do when dealing with rotary engines. Plus they take time to talk to you on a one on one basis and are extremely polite, a rarity in Jacksonville. #1
