Review content:
Hansen's delivered a nice plant to our house sent by friends in sympathy for the loss of a family member. When backing up the driveway the driver hit a large Japanese salt pot we use for flower arrangements and broke it. When confronted the driver denied the accident and the store manager refused to accept reponsibility for the drivers actions. Typically I accept that accidents do happen and am reasonable in regards "how to deal with it" , but Hansens refusal to acknowledge their culpability motivated this comment. I will also be leaving as many "comments" as possible on other sites. My business will never work with them again.
