Took my son there to get his hair cut. There is one stylist and she did a good job.
As for nails, of course it depends on how you like your nails. I can only speak for acrylics but they were very unnatural looking. Way too thick and every nail was a different shape (well, not EVERY). I made it very clear all the way through the process how I wanted my nails to look and just gave up at the end, deciding before I left that I wouldn' t go back.
