I am glad that I just read hrwalker's review and called Groupon to refund my purchase.
I have tried to call Classic Touch Massage to schedule for couples massage. The guy who answered the phone gave me all kinds of excuses to not able to schedule an appointment for me:
1) Wrote down my number and never return my call
2) Not answer my phone anymore
3) Appointments not available in the next two months
4) His book and laptop was stolen and cannot tell me if the time is free for me to book or not
5) When I finally leave a date and time for appointment, he said he gave the appointment to another customer when I call to confirm
The refund process with Groupon was easy - hazzle free.
I would file a complaint with better business bureau, but guess what? Classic Touch Massage Therapy is not registered there.
