I love this office!. The staff and doctors are great. My first experience with an OBGYN while pregnant did not go over well. I was told that having contractions at three months was no big deal and not to worry. Then when my child stopped moving they had no advice and not being a fan of memorial due to other experiences there I went to Penrose Community and met the greatest doctor I have ever had, Dr. O'Connell! He immediately took me as a patient and I was more than happy with him. I made it through my pregnancy on bedrest and under his care. He has been my doctor for my second pregnancy also. There is just a level of comfort I have with him and I know he will get me through it all. I now have two healthy girls thanks to him. I never had to fear the doctor's office and the nurses and staff are so friendly. They always seem to remember exactly who you are. Granted I'm there more for my doctor than the actual office I would not choose to go any where else unless Dr. O'connell left. Pros: love the staff and my doctor Cons: waits can be a little lengthy in the afternoons, mornings are easy
