I interviewed everyone from handymen to mom & pop shops to established companies. I selected GRC Builders because they knew how to do it 'by the book' with permits and inspections so I wasn't left with out-of-code results. Their quoted price was extremely competitive but the value they provided was second to none. The workmanship, products and attention to detail was phenomenal. The customer service was outstanding as supervisors and owners continually checked on the details and took care of all my concerns. Everyone worked together without finger pointing and even fixed things I hadn't yet noticed! They continue to stay in contact months afterward to replace materials that haven't held up. This was my first major remodel and, after hearing dozens of horror stories, I enthusiastically recommend GRC for any home remodel or restoration.
