Review content:
We have been going to Grand Slam for about 3 years now. It is a great sports bar. We love the crowd, the service, and the food. But the best thing is the people you will meet there. It's a really great crowd. I'm not sure when the other people came in that gave the bad review, but just like any restaurant, they are staffed for what they expect on that night. If they get busy and they didn't expect it, they can get overwhelmed, like any place. Friday evenings are the busiest times. There are a lot of people there for happy hour.
Pros: great sports bar
Cons: probably not the best family place
