I bought a Gateway computer from here and returned it with lots of hassles. Overall beware of: sales person misrepresention, non-tested system arriving non-operation, technical support who hang-up when they don't know what to do, technical support and Gateway management who fail to return calls and the no refundable shipping charges they don't tell you about. The story goes on and on. The bottom line: GO TO A STORE WHERE YOU CAN BUY A COMPUTER AND TAKE IT HOME or BUY A DELL
