Clearly the best pizza in Colorado. I come from North Jersey where Pizza competitions are frequent and the pizza is arguably the best in the world. For my first 5-10 years here in Colorado, I was disappointed every time I ordered a pizza... either too much sauce, too doughy, crappy ingredients, or unedible crust. But when STUMPY's came to my rescue, I found delicious Pizza that would seriously rival my favorites from New York and New Jersey. I am pretty sure Stumpy's uses Semolina instead of flour on the bottom of the pies (I LOVE that). The ratio of cheese to toppings and sauce is perfect, and the meatball toppings are actually chopped up MEATBALLS! And they're Friggin Delicious! I order a Stumpy's Meatball and Onion pie when I have a Meat Craving. That's how substantial the meat and sausage toppings are. The veggies are fresh cut too. You gotta try Stumpy's ! --- South Street Chris
