I booked an appointment online and after reading Wayne's profile, decided to go with him. He was warm and friendly right from the start. He listened to what I wanted and made a few suggestions and we formulated a plan. Every time I've had my hair colored in the past, in turned red. Usually, I have to go back several times before they can get the formula just right, but Wayne got it on the first try. I was very pleased with his efforts and willingness to listen. The results were phenomenal! I'll be back and highly recommend Wayne to anyone that may be reading this.
