Review content:
We hired Beefy Lawn on 3/3/2010 to install sprinklers, put in landscape curbing and lay new sod for a 0.75 acre lot. We agreed this job would start as the weather permitted beggining with him putting in the water system and then leveling the dirt to prep for the sod. Months went by, many with very nice days and no work was done, instead Mr. Avery would "stop by" and advise "we'll be back tomorrow". The work was finally completed 5/8/2010 (not without numerous calls from us, including one call to have the curbing redone as it was done incorrectly) with a FOUR YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY.
We have called Mr. Avery numerous times to fix certain items that have broken OR were not done as agreed and either get no response or he will say he's coming and never call or show up. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and hiring a lawyer. I would strongly suggest using ANYONE else no matter how competitive his bid is....you'll save yourself money on attorney fees.
