I've talked to these guys before about help and they were very willing an helpful in store. Loved to talk, which was good as I was learning. HOWEVER, I brought my Emaxx in for some help with a problem I was having with blown motors. I brought it in the week of Thanksgiving 2010 and told them the issue. They said no issue, we'll have it done a week or so. The only thing I asked was that they not go over $100 in repairs, given I only paid $200 for the truck and to call me if they got close. Well, I've called 4 times and kept getting the, "the technician is not in yet and your truck is not ready because we were busy over the holidays". So I said fine, can you call me when it's done. Of course, no call. Today I called (1/9/2011) and finally it's ready. I ask what the charge is, $165... WTF!!!??? I'm absolutely pissed. Will NEVER go here again even if they are the largest hobby shop around SD.
