Review content:
Naco Pools left many aspects of our pool unfinished and demanded their final payment through our mortgage company. Although the president of the company signed an agreement promising to return to finish the job, they literally took the money and ran. We reported them to the BBB but they are not members so nothing was done. We are currently considering filing suit.
Since they left (with property such as lights that we had already paid them for), we have had to make several repairs to their work, including two new filter systems and numerous new lights. Some of the work has been covered by their parts suppliers (who we have informed of the situation) and some have been out of pocket.
Please take my advice and avoid this company.
