I decided to stop by Columbine after seeing their ads and visiting their website. After the receptionist asked if she could help me , I told her that I would like to get a manicure and a deep tissue massage. To which she replied " we cannot accommodate you, our massage therapist are completely booked and oh, so are our manicurist , we usually only do appointment only sorry. " She said all of this without even bothering to look at the appointment book that she had her hand on, or without even offering to schedule me for another day. Their parking lot was not full, and there was no one else in the lobby! Being able to afford such an establishment but I guess that she was able to determine by my skin color? that I could not be served in her establishment. This has never happened to me before but I thought that I needed to share..
