Review content:
We were quoted and agreed too on a specific hourly cost to install a part. The reason we came there in the first place was to avoid the dealer cost. The make of the car, type and year were given when we signed the estimate. One hour later they called back to say that after putting in the VIN number the estimate increased by 275%!!!!. They claimed they did not know just how extensive the labor cost would be even after giving them the car type and year. I question whether the mechanic was even experienced enough to recognize where the part belonged. We chose not to have Atlantic Care do the repair and instead went back to dealer who beat their price by 20%!! Classic bait and switch...
