I contacted Airport Shuttle Taxi 4 times over 6 weeks to finalize an early-morning trasport for my family including an infant in June 2008. I talked to Jesse twice and Advair(sp?) twice. I called them the day before the pickup to confirm and was assured all was OK. First they said they could provide an infant car seat and later said they could not. The morning of the pick-up they did not call at 4:30 AM as promised so I called to see what was going on. Jesse said they had no record of a reservation and I could not convince him Advair had arranged it at my request. This was extremely frustrating as I had to personally rush all of us to the airport.
Eveything worked for us out but I would never use, recommend nor trust Airport Shuttle Taxi Services. It did give us a lot of laughs on our vacation as we considered whether or not they might show up when we called for a limo or other driver in Canada.
