Do not use this organization for Long Distance moves. You have been warned! You are using this company at your own risk if you do decide to hire them. I moved from Pittsburgh, Pa to Philadelphia, Pa. The price was reasonable, however, when the company called within 40 minutes of picking up my belongings in Pittsburgh, Pa and demanded the remaining $1000 balance after weighing my goods, SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY WARNING SIGN! My belongings were delivered in Philadelphia, Pa 5 days later with a missing Flat Screen TV and slate, solid, wood dining room table snapped in half. The movers stated that they had no clue what happen to the TV and/or the Dining Room Table. The only theory according to the Movers was that someone must have jumped on top of the table to steal the TV and snapped the table in half. However, the truck only made 1 stop in Harrisburg, Pa and the remainder of the time was spent at their Headquarters in West Mifflin, Pa, therefore, it had to be a an inside job. Needless to say, I filed a compliant with the organization and a claim for my missing Flat Screen TV and Dining Room Table. 2 MONTHS LATER I GET A CHECK FOR $103.00. YES, I SAID THAT CORRECTLY, $103.00 FOR A FLAT SCREEN TV AND DINING ROOM TABLE. Please note that they lost the TV and they snapped the Dining Room Table in half. NOT ME. I have reported the company to the Better Business Bureau and am filing a Small Claims lawsuit again the organization.
