used to absolutely swear by this place, and I was even a regular there. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, services were great, and the staff was friendly. They have always pushed Aveda products, but it never seemed to be that much of a problem, they'd tell you what they thought you should buy, or what products they had used, and then pretty much drop it and leave it up to you. Staff has become less friendly and accommodating over time, and prices have risen drastically. Clientele seem to have changed too and it now seems pretentious and stuffy. The past few times I have been there I have been informed that the staff members that I really liked have left or been replaced, and employees have complained openly about the rudeness and policies of front office staff and management. Unless they revise their customer service, attitudes, and prices I will not be returning.
