I love this place! Sure, it cost $60 for a cut, and I left a $10 tip and bought product too, but it was worth EVERY PENNY! First, they brought me tea before my stylist came out. Then my stylist, John, played with my hair a little while we talked about what I wanted. Then, he gave me a head and neck massage AWSOME! Then he cut my hair and his assistant dryed and styled it. They were both totally personable, easy to chat with or just sit back quietly with as they ran their hands thru your hair. Then when I was finished, the assistant took me back to the front and recommended a conditioner and a lip balm. I bought them both, and a lip liner too, not because she pressured me, but because i had been thinking about trying a new lip color and getting a new bottle of conditioner and somehow she instictively knew. I felt completely pampered and like my business was really wanted, and that the spa staff really wanted to help me. I stopped back just a couple weeks ago to buy a pencil sharpener (because Aveda liners don't fit in standard sharpeners), and they were still great, even tho I was only spending five bucks. And I love all the products, but I don't have to go on about how great Aveda is. I can't wait till my next appointment! Pros: Aveda product, awsome service, headrubs Cons: restroom detached from salon in another part of building
