Review content:
They certainly have furniture but selling furniture seems to be a second...or third priority. Prices are low if you know what you're after but don't expect to get furniture knowledge or help -- especially after the sale. Disorganization is high and customer treatment borders on disinterest.
Our particular piece was mis-shipped to the wrong store but it took 2-1/2 weeks for them to find it. All the calls to resolve the problem were initiated by me. After they located it -- i was directed where to go pick it up.. umm, can't drop it off after all that?? (to their credit -- and i'm reaching here -- i had reached the end of my "trying" and didn't ask for them to make good on an earlier promise to deliver). I'm not very picky when i'm shopping by price -- but I really felt like they could barely complete the sale. The staff seems worn out or untrained and unconcerned about getting it right or following up. Best to work directly with the manager if you can.
Again, prices are low and you'll get a pleasant smile as you walk in the door but there are a LOT of options for stores in the area. I would recommend trying those other options until Ramos can get it turned around.
Pros: Budget Pricing
Cons: Customer Service and disorganization will leave you scratching your head
