I've had the good fortune never to be a patient at MVH (knock on wood), but as a local EMT, I've gained a good sense of which hospitals I would and would not go to. Miami Valley claims to be the regions leader and they are absolutely right. They have the most advanced care and knowledgeable staff around. For top notch medical care, this is the place to go. The only downside? They are the best, and they know it. Therefore, they aren't quite as customer-oriented as some of the other hospitals in the area, in my opinion. But what's more important to you: getting the best care or the best customer service?
