Review content:
Parking allocations aren't enforced, they allow tentants to park where ever they please. Someone parked their car in front of my garage blocking me in and I was told by the staff for 5 hours on a work day the tow truck was on it's way. The Grounds look good from the outside, but for me, my view is obstructed by two satilite dishes outside my front window. It wouldn't be a big deal if one of them was mine, but I use cable. The staff is unreliable. It will take a lot of patience to deal with this staff before any basic requests are completed. It took atleast 7 trips and numerous phone calls to the leasing office before I got my carpet clean when the apartment complex was responsible for making it dirty while doing repairs I waited for two months to be completed. The construction allows you to hear every movement or noise the tentant makes upstairs. ie...washing machine, dryer, toilets, walking etc... Watch the safety gates when you enter, they may ding your car.
