I was really disappointed with this location. I made an appointment six weeks in advance as I needed an appointment right before a big event. They then called me shortly before the appointment to cancel it, saying the stylist was ill. They were unable to set up a new appointment before my big event which was only three days away! Poor customer service from this location. I have never had an issue at their other locations, just this Burnsville location :(
