Review content:
Overall they were negative and unprofessional. They refused to explain the risk involved in cleaning a suede purse. They told me to call the manufactuer. I said I had called them and they don't make reccomendations regarding professional suede cleaning. They repeatedly answered me by saying - "So you know already" and "The manufactuer won't say anything - at least I will say something". The information they gave me was that they charge $30 and don't guarantee they can clean the item or that they won't ruin it. Later in the day they called me from a restricted phone number and said "I just want you to know - don't buy that brand" and hung up.
A good service will explain the risks involved to their customers. I will not have my bag cleaned by them. I will continue looking for a more professional, effective and courteous suede cleaner.
