First time I visited this store, I was hunting a tiny spring for a machine embroidery hoop. They looked in all their parts; couldn't find one so suggested I try a spring from a "click" ball point pen. All this work for someone they had never seen before; might never see again; with a smile & at no charge whatsoever. What GREAT SERVICE. A couple of years later, needed a new sewing/embroidery machine. Sales staff is very good; know their products & how to communicate to customers. Love my new machine from Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse; love the staff & like the way they worked with me on price.
