Synergy Gym is open 24 hours so you never have an excuse that the gym is closed and you can't go. They have 2 floors of weights and cardio equipment so there usually isnt a wai for equipment. They have rows of treadmills, elliptical trainers, bicycles, and stairmasters for cardio workouts.
