The service was absolutely atrocious, the help was uneducated, unprofessional, and half-dressed. I asked about a certain flower which the sales girl claimed was out of season. a lie, which i called her on. then she proceeded to say that it didn't last. another lie, these flowers are KNOWN for lasting.
on top of that when my boyfriend went to pickup our order, they could not locate it, because instead of taking down a name, the idiotic sales girl had written "ASIAN GIRL WITH BOYFRIEND" AND, it was the wrong kind of flower, the arrangement fell apart withing minutes, it was ugly and had wire sticking out EVERYWHERE. TERRIBLE
