the previous review is BS... I used to work at this store many moons ago and I managed to compound $50.00 in late fees anyway (on "EMPIRE OF THE SUN" for chrissake - I was young and impetuous - and so was Christian Bale yummy! what can I say) but, I paid it happily - this is a small local business owned by an SF native trying to keep his business open in an age where people can keep a movie for the rest of their lives (if they so choose) by ordering online from NetFlix... I'll be going to INTO forever... and if you rent often enough and are nice most of the staff will erase most or all of your late fee(s) anyway if the movie is only a day or so late... so support small local stores like INTO - and good luck trying to rent "BARE BEHIND BARS" (a true early eighties classic, by the way) at BLOCKBUSTED (yeah, I went there, I said it, and what?) Pros: everything - and it's across the street from my house Cons: not enough new releases to go around - what're ya gonna, do ya know?
