I ordered a product which used DHL for its delivery service. I noticed that my item was late in arriving after waiting two days- I called DHL-- they said they could not find my address-- I asked if they used Mapquest- he said they don't use that even though they have access to the internet!! They never called me- just decided not to deliver my package-- what a joke!!!!
