Review content:
Pioneer Pines has new owners and are acting like the Gastopo. There is a lot of discrimination here. The rules only apply to certain people.
This is no joke I live here. It was a very nice place to live 3 years ago. Not anymore. The rent goes up every year. They say because we don't have enough people living here. If they don't clean it up and no one will want to move in. Right now it seems like they are trying to chase people out of here so they can do something else with the property.
Pros: Nice Pool
Cons: The new owners are horrible
