I can't believe nobody has written about this place. First of all, there is no extra storage as it states on the website www.forrent , I have to walk across the complex to throw my trash in the dumpster, I have nails in three of my tires, one is flat now because they did construction to the parking structure and left a mess. I'm not allowed to have colored curtains, they left me a notice on my door telling me to take them down, I got a warning that my car would be towed away because it was parked head out. The complex looks nothing like what they show on forrent, it's terrible. They have been working on this parking structure for like the last 8 months or so. I have 1 parking spot across the complex (covered parking) because they say the city still has to inspect the structure.... its been about six months since the parking structure has been done... This place has terrible management, I feel discriminated against because I receive notices often while other people get away with a lot. People complain about having their cars broken into, I have gotten many tickets because I only have one parking space for 2 cars and have to wake up early to move my car for street sweeping. I bought a barbeque, brought it to my apt., when they saw me bring it to the door, they immediately told me to take it off the premises (while other people have bbq's sitting right next to their door). I've been here for over a year and am now looking to move out because I have had enough of this place. Needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone! If you can spare an extra hundred dollars or two a month, move somewhere else!
