Having read some reviews, I'm not too shocked to hear when people complain. Initially, they were not as patient. The place's service is not as horrendous as stated, but it's not the best in the city.

This restaurant is definitely really traditional. If you know anything about the Japanese culture, you would know that they don't instigate issues. The waitresses are very polite and mostly try to avoid contact outside of being professional. If your drinks are running low, they'll come by and make sure everything is ok. They understand if you ask for a few minutes before ordering; all is fine as long as you treat them with respect.

After ordering, the wait definitely pays off. While they have many standard entrees, the thing that people don't really know about is its amazing "boat dinners." Simply put, they put as much food as a meter long boat can hold. Personally, I go for the Love Boat order every single time, and have not yet been disappointed with the food.

However, you do not have to wait the fifteen minute preparation time. You can call in and make a reservation (which is required for parties more than 5 I believe).

If you trust the other reviews, then I'm afraid you're missing out. Take a chance and you will certainly not be let down. Pros: _Excellent_ food, traditional ambience Cons: Parking could use some work
