I received a gift certificate and called to ask a few questions. No one answered the phone and I wasn't able to leave a message (at the time I called). I decided that they must have been very buy and I stopped by after work at 4:00 pm. No one was at the front desk/ reception area. There wasn't a bell or anything to ring to indicate that there was someone waiting up front that needed help. I waited for 15 minutes figuring that maybe someone was using the restroom or on a break. Someone finally appeared around 4:15 and asked if I had an appointment. I said no. She said "what can I help you with then". I told her that I heard about them and that I have never been there before and just had some questions about massages and services. She told me that they had no receptionist and that each person who worked there handled their own clients and since I was interested in massage I'd have to call and talk to one of the massage therapists, she only did hair removal and didn't know anything about massage services. Bottom line was that had I known there wasn't a receptionist and that no one would be able to help me I wouldn't have wasted 30 minutes out of my day just to be told that I'd have to call again and leave a message for someone else. A SIMPLE SIGN WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL. I have NO idea how the services. I never really got any information (I was able to get a spa menu that listed price/treatments, but you can also get info off their website) just know that if you'd like information- to call and leave message(s) and maybe you'll get the info that way. At least it will save you a trip going to the location. If a spa/salon can't even put up a sign to notify new clients that they should call first to obtain information...... it speaks volumes to me about the professionalism of the entire establishment. I'd rather spend double and go to Spa Gregories or Burke Williams- at least someone will talk to me and treat me with respect when I walk in. Pros: None that I was exposed to. Cons: Read description below.
