Last time we bought furniture it was from a company in North Carolina, but the prices were the same prices as at Glabman's. We could see the furniture at Glabman's, and the service and quality were amazing.
Two weeks after purchasing, I got a call from the designer that helped us, (yes a real designer), she told me there was one small accessory that was reduced an additional 20% below what we had paid for it and since they have a price guarantee, I could get a gift certificate for the difference or Glabman's would send me a check.
I can't recomend them more strongly. The Glabman family is still very involved, and easily accessible. Brian the owner introduced himself to us in the store, and made us feel like we were part of the family. Unbelieveable in this day and age.
Pros: Quality, Service, Fair Pricing
Cons: bad advertising, no salespeople
