I lived here several years ago with my boyfriend.
He and I had been excited to move into our apartment here after we were shown a gorgeous floor plan model apartment.
But upon move in, our apartment looked nothing like what was shown to us...
Cabinets were installed crooked, ceiling leaked in places(ie - bathroom, because upstairs neighbors tub leaked into our ceiling.), also unclean upon move in, old building, and rude neighbors.
and funny story, boyfriend and I were leaving one night to see friends. A young woman approached our car, and asked if we could take her to a nearby hotel, over and over until we gave in. While taking her to this motel she tells us she is a "Professional Sex Worker", and so are the 3 others that live with her and they do business through craigslist.
Sooo just a warning if you decide to live here, it's shady and prostitutes probably are your neighbors....
