Dear Dissatisfied,
who ever you are you need to get your head checked out. Animal Crackes is the only place to shop.
FYI they do not sell animals they do "RESCUES" and unlike other Rescue groups they do not charge a penny for any of the pets, they don't even ask for donations. All the pets that get adopted get a care package when they leave. They also get "FREE" grooms for a year. I have been shopping there for 3 years and have returned many items with no problem. I live in Costa Mesa and drive to Animal Crackers. Every pet supply & Grooming store should be as good as them. You must be a real ASXXXXX.
