Another year has passed that I've been with Keith Kristofer Salon & Spa, so thought it was time to update my review.
I love them all, still, and even more than I did a year ago. Even thought KK is an higher-end salon, everyone is so fun and down-to-earth. I always feel comfortable & welcome there. There's no snooty attitude, even though these folks are tops at what they do.
Here are the individual props:
Carrie, my colorist (that's right, she's mine, all mine!! But I'll share her...) is amazing. My color has never been so right on target before (and I've had really good colorists before). Carrie is such a sweetheart, I adore her and really enjoy the time I spend with her. I could hang out with Carrie all day. Did I mention how great her head massages are?
Amber does my brows & lashes. I don't know how to describe the incredible before and after with Amber. I walk into the salon at the end of summer (I'm really bad about getting my locks & lashes done over summer) looking like a worn-out, used up, trampled on Mom and leave feeling pretty and younger. She truly is THE brow designer and, lucky us, she's in Austin.
I had a facial with Amber at the beginning of summer and it was so luxurious and I was glowing for the next several weeks--my skin was radiant!
Warning about Amber, though, you'll laugh your tush off with her--she's so funny!
Larin gives the best Victoria Secret haircuts--it's the highest compliment I can give a hair cut. I wake up every morning with beautiful hair and hardly ever have to do anything to it. I can even go months between cuts (which I try not to do, just for healthy hair), and the cut looks great. Seriously, that is the true test of a great haircut. Larin's very fun to talk with--she's bubbly & cute.
I met Adrian for the first time today, for a conditioning treatment, shampoo, blow-dry & style. Love her! She is so easy to talk with, laid-back and interesting. The hairstyle turned out so silky & sexy--great job!
Jacqueline is a doll! I don't see her nearly enough, but she always makes me laugh and does a phenomenal job on my hands & feet. She's great at helping me find good colors to go with my skin tone, too.
Autumn, Jesse & Maddie always start my day right, when I walk in the door.
Maddie is about the cutest thing I've ever seen, she is so pretty!
Jesse's beautiful eyes I could stare into for hours, well, when he's not making me laugh. Riot!!
And darling Autumn, where to begin? She has the sweetest, purest heart--I just love her! I always love to see what her latest look will be--she's such a beauty and does such fun things with her hair.
KK is the best salon I've ever gone to, not just in services, but also in people. I've been with them for two years and plan to stay with them forever.
Pros: Everyone there is a pro and they're so friendly
Cons: A little pricey, but worth it
