Review content:
I have used them twice. The first time they delivered the cookies to the wrong address and missed the date of importance. They graciously gave me a coupon. Several months later I decided to give them a second chance. I ordered the cookies online and called to use the coupon, they refused to honor it, so I canceled the order. It took a fifteen minute phone call to finally get them to okay the cancellation on my credit card. Two days later they delivered the order, obviously not honoring the agreement to cancel the order, charged everything to my credit card and still refused to let me use the coupon. HORRIBLE service, rude and very confused. The cookies were well decorated but tasted like cardboard.
