Everyone told me that I looked just fine the way I was, but I was NOT happy with my body. No matter what diet I tried, pills I took or how long I spent at the gym. My waist was any thing but a waist.

At 59 I almost have a six pack abs. I can’t even believe I’m saying that, since I haven’t been able to say that since high school.
