Review content:
I read the previous review and called to set up an appointment for my children. After being routed around the phone system several times, I finally got a live person who then transferred me again. I continued to be bounced around on the phone talking to several people and getting transferred from one to the next. I would say "I'm calling to make an appointment for a new patient" and they would say "hold on" and transfer me back and forth until I ended up at the main phone line again. This happened 3 times and I finally gave up. I never spoke to anyone for more than 5 seconds and they never gave me enough time to say "I've been transferred incorrectly" before transferring me again. This is not a good first impression and I wouldn't trust them to answer the phone if I ever had to call a nurse because my child is sick. I will not be choosing this practice for my family.
