Review content:
Carrabba's is located in the Mall of Green Hills complex, so I wasn't sure how good it would be. (Does proximity to a mall equal bad food? Well, sometimes.) I was so surprised; Carrabba's is excellent.
I hear that other menu items are good, but I can't help ordering the same thing every time: the Filet Bryan. It's a filet topped with caprino cheese, sundried tomatoes and a basil lemon butter sauce. The sharp cheese and sweet tomatoes make a perfect flavor combination with the steak, and it's just right with the garlic mashed potatoes.
They have an excellent sangria and a wine list with affordable choices. I've never made it to dessert because the entree is so filling.
The restaurant is cozy and warm, but it is also crowded. I've never waited less than 45 minutes for a table. You can get a drink, hang out at the bar or an outdoor table, and mull over the menu while you wait.
