I went to Giuliano simply for a massage, and its location on Newbury St. was easy to get to. While waiting, I heard a group of women get called in for their "group pedicure," and I thought, 'What a fabulous idea! How many women have gone together to get pedicures, only to be separated because of other customers?' I thought it was great that Giuliano lets you book a pedicure together. The atmosphere of Giuliano is very peaceful, except having to use the elevator to get to your treatment area. It is not as spacious as many other spas, but still beautiful and luxurious. My massage did the trick but was nothing really out of the ordinary. The masseuse was willing really to listen to my areas of pain in my body and worked on those specifically. She did not talk during the massage except to tell me to turn over, which I appreciated.
