The service in this store was the worst I have ever received anywhere. It was atrocious. The female that was attempting to help me basically said I am to big to shop in this store. I am very average size but apparently not ?Hollywood thin? or so I was told by this whacked out sales clerk. And she didn?t stop there. The insults kept coming and coming? she would not stop talking and every word was a slam against my appearance. When asked if I could special order a sweater in a Medium, I was told that ?usually skinny people shop here, sooo? I wouldn?t want to be stuck with oversized inventory that nobody who shops here will buy.? It was a medium for God sake! She actually deterred me from buying anything from this store and I had planned on purchasing over $400 worth of merchandise. I walked out feeling humiliated and disgusted. Any designer with merchandise in this store should seriously reconsider. I will never shop there again and will bad-mouth the name of this store to everyone that will listen.
Pros: This site is available so the truth can be told.
