**DON?T BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION !!!!!
BE CAREFUL OF THIS SHOP ---IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY AND SAFETY DO NOT STEP FOOT ANYWHERE NEAR IT. YOU MAY BE ACCOSTED VERBALLY AND PHYSICALLY
I DROPPED IN TO THE SALON AND GET INFO ON MANI-PEDI SERVICES. HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED
THE DARK HAIRED OLDER WOMAN I SPOKE TO WAS SO RUDE NASTY AND OBNOXIOUS ? IT SEEMED I INTERRUPTED HER TELEVISION PROGRAM; SHE WAS FURIOUSLY MAD AND SHE WAS INFINITELY MORE INTERESTED IN TV THAN A NEW CLIENT. AND VERY MUCH NOT INTERESTED IN ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS FOR PRICES FOR SERVICES. SHE TOLD ME THE SHOP WAS CLOSED FOR THE NITE [ AND WITH OVER ? HOUR STILL STATED ON THE DOOR HOURS HMMMMMM? ]
WHEN I ASKED FOR THE OWNERS NAME --SHE GAVE ME FALSE INFORMATION , LIED THAT THE MALE OWNER HAS OTHER SHOPS AND NO ONE OF AUTHORITY EVER COMES TO THIS SHOP.
WHEN I ASKED WHY SHE WAS SO MEAN SHE YELLED AND TOOK ME BY THE ARM TO PROPEL ME OUT OF THE SHOP. I GUESS IT WAS A GOOD TV PROGRAM. THEN WHEN I REACHED FOR A BUSINESS CARD SHE THREATENED ME THAT SHE WOULD CALL THE POLICE IF I DIDN'T LEAVE. ( I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE POLICE MYSELF.AND REPORTED THIS PSYCHO )
THEN SHE SAID SHE HAD TO LEAVE AND LOCK UP THE SHOP WHEN THE HOURS ON THE DOOR STATED SHOP WAS OPEN FOR ANOTHER 1/2 HOUR THAT EVENING.
I GUESS IT WAS A REALLY -REALLY GOOD TV PROGRAM.
THEN JUST BECAUSE I WAS ANGRY SOMEONE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ACT THIS WAY, AND TO ANNOY HER I STOOD ON THE SIDEWALK OUTSIDE IN FRONT OF THE SHOP. SHE JUST SAT THERE WATCHING HER TV PROGRAM. KNOWING I WAS THERE SHE WOULD INTERMITTENTLY FLAIL HER ARMS ABOUT AND YELL AT ME THROUGH THE CLOSED DOOR . I LEFT AFTER 15min AND BY NOW IT WAS AFTER CLOSING TIME AND SHE WAS STILL THERE WATCHING TV. ACTUALLY THIS DERANGED PERSON WAS QUITE COMICAL AND IT HAS PROVIDED MUCH ENTERTAINMENT FOR ME TO TELL THIS STORY SO FAR.
SO LADIES AND GENTS DON?T BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION
DON?T YOU AGREE THIS IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES FOR RETURN BUSINESS ?
