Review content:
I normally love this office, they typically are easy to get into and out of. However, lately I have had a few urgent situations with my daughter, and they either put me on hold forever, or told me to call back in 5 minutes. When I did, I never spoke to anyone, it immediately went to "hold" and after waiting almost 10 minutes, I hung up. Very disappointed, and ended up taking my daughter to the emergency room for something relatively minor. I do like the physicians I have seen.
